- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through interviews, workshops, hackathons, challenges, and curation sessions in collaboration with UX/UI design teams.
- Define personas and end-to-end user journeys covering discovery, evaluation, adoption, contribution, and curation use cases.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmark catalog, discovery, registry, repository, and platform solutions to support build, adopt, or extend recommendations.
- Structure the artifact model and lifecycle, including classification, metadata, taxonomy, listing criteria, quality indicators, sourcing models, and update processes.
- Write engineering-ready user stories, functional specifications, flows, business rules, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Define requirements for AI-related features, including search relevance, latency, reliability, human-in-the-loop review, and confidence thresholds.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes for search, listing, comparison, artifact detail, and submission journeys in line with the applicable design system.
Your profile
- 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead in software product delivery.
- Experience delivering at least one catalog-style product, such as a marketplace, registry, repository, package index, model hub, data catalog, or discovery platform, with direct responsibility for classification, metadata, listing, or search.
- Experience taking a product from concept to V1 with a small delivery team is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with backlog ownership, sprint definition, user stories, acceptance criteria, personas, journey maps, process flows, ER models, data models, and data dictionaries.
- Knowledge of JIRA or Azure DevOps, Confluence, Git, APIs, relational and document database schemas, JSON, XML, and CSV.
- Experience defining requirements or acceptance criteria for AI/ML-generated outputs; experience with human-in-the-loop design, confidence thresholds, and search relevance metrics is a plus.
- Experience with low-fidelity wireframing tools such as Figma, Miro, or Balsamiq.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field.
