ABOUT THE JOB
- Design, develop, and maintain Web-based games and interactive applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Develop gameplay features, user interfaces, visual effects, animations, and responsive screens using Phaser, PixiJS, or Cocos Creator.
- Build and maintain event, reward, campaign, and mission screens using ReactJS or Next.js when required.
- Integrate frontend applications with mobile platforms through WebView, JS Bridge, deep links, and token-based authentication mechanisms.
- Develop and integrate with RESTful APIs and WebSocket services to support real-time game and application functionality.
- Optimize application performance, loading speed, asset management, and rendering efficiency across mobile devices and browsers.
- Implement frontend security best practices, including request validation, token protection, XSS prevention, and client-side code obfuscation.
- Collaborate closely with Designers, Backend Developers, Business Teams, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality products and ensure design consistency.
- Participate in code reviews, testing activities, CI/CD processes, and promote clean code and frontend development best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment, maintenance, and knowledge transfer activities.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- From 4 years of experience in Frontend development, including experience with interactive applications, web games, or graphics-intensive web solutions.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with at least one game development framework such as Phaser, PixiJS, or Cocos Creator.
- Experience working with ReactJS, Next.js, and state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or TanStack Query.
- Good understanding of browser rendering mechanisms, event loop, memory management, and frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Experience integrating Web applications with mobile applications through WebView and JavaScript Bridge.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSocket, authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth2, and frontend security best practices.
- Experience with animation, game state management, scene management, and tools such as Spine Animation is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Git, Vite, Webpack, and modern CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking, debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Portfolio or examples of released Web games, mini-games, or interactive applications will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, Loyalty, Gamification, Node.js, Firebase, or Physics Engines (Matter.js, Box2D) is a plus.
