ABOUT THE JOB
Working location: Dong Nai (shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh city/Dong Nai)
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Develop Business Intelligence solutions based on stakeholder needs and project objectives.
- Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Improve data collection, reporting, and analytics workflows to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor and support analytics environments to ensure stable dashboard and reporting operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, align priorities, and deliver solutions on schedule.
- Support data ecosystem operations in line with service level expectations and business continuity needs.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar data-focused role.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools and concepts, including MS SSAS, DAX, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with SQL scripting and databases such as MSSQL or Oracle.
- Basic programming skills in Python or similar languages for data visualization and automated data workflows.
- Experience with time-series data is a plus.
- Experience with industrial systems such as SAP, MES, or quality control systems is a plus.
- Good communication in English.
- Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, attention to detail, stakeholder collaboration skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Readiness to travel when required for training, project activities, or cross-site support.
