Business Development & Klantrelaties

• Identificeer potentiële klanten door middel van marktanalyses en telefonische acquisitie.
• Benader potentiële klanten, organiseer afspraken om onze expertise te presenteren en creëer nieuwe zakelijke kansen.
• Beheer en ontwikkel bestaande klantrelaties en zorg voor een sterke samenwerking en klanttevredenheid.

Recruitment & Teamleiding

• Trek talent aan en werf de juiste kandidaten met de benodigde expertise en vaardigheden.
• Begeleid en ondersteun je team om hen te helpen groeien en succesvol te zijn.
• Zorg voor het succes van projecten en behoud een hoge tevredenheid onder consultants.

Financieel & Performance Management

• Draag verantwoordelijkheid voor het welzijn en succes van jouw business unit.
• Analyseer financiële resultaten en implementeer strategieën om de prestaties te optimaliseren.
• Geef leiding aan de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en creëer een dynamische werkomgeving voor je team.

Bij Amaris word je onderdeel van het team van een Senior Manager, die je dagelijks coacht en begeleidt en je op elk moment ondersteunt!

Jouw profiel

• Je bent recent afgestudeerd en hebt een masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde, life scienes of engineering.
• Je gedijt in een veeleisende omgeving waarin excellentie en continu leren centraal staan.
• Je bent gestructureerd en georganiseerd en beschikt over een competitieve, maar tegelijkertijd samenwerkingsgerichte en innovatieve mindset.
• Je beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
• Je hebt een sterke interesse in onderwerpen rondom data en artificial intelligence en bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe technologieën en de impact daarvan op het bedrijfsleven.

Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
