ABOUT THE JOB
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Supply Chain & Logistics digital solutions (planning, transportation, packaging, inventory, cost optimization)
- Design business processes, workflows, data flows, use cases, and user stories to support digitalization initiatives
- Create UI/UX prototypes and user flows using Figma or similar tools, ensuring user-centric design
- Collaborate with global Business Users, Product Owners, Data Engineers, and Development Teams to align solutions with business needs
- Understand source systems and data platforms (including SAP / Supply Chain systems) to identify suitable data sources for analytics and applications
- Enrich user stories with detailed requirements for data object development (business logic, data fields, relationships)
- Support the development and maintenance of reusable and customized data objects, ensuring data availability and quality for analytics and BI use cases
- Contribute to data pipelines for analytics and BI solutions, working closely with data engineering teams
- Analyze and validate data using SQL, support data modeling, testing, and data quality validation activities
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in ceremonies and collaborating with global stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in a similar role and domain (Digitalization / Business Analysis in Supply Chain & Logistics)
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics, especially planning, transportation, packaging, inventory, or cost optimization
- Proven experience in Business Analysis: requirement gathering, process flows, user stories, and functional documentation
- Hands-on experience with SAP / Supply Chain systems and good understanding of source systems and data platforms
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; experience supporting data pipelines and data quality validation
- Experience with Power BI, Python, Figma, Miro or similar tools for analytics, prototyping, and collaboration
- Solid understanding of data objects, data pipelines, and data quality concepts
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional, international teams
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills across all four skills, especially technical terminology in Tech and Supply Chain domains
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach
- Proactive, independent, and driven by a continuous improvement mindset
- Able to effectively bridge Business, Data, and IT teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment
