ABOUT THE JOB

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models.

Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines covering data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Implement scalable and optimized ML solutions that can handle large datasets and real-time environments.

Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Conduct research on the latest Machine Learning and AI technologies and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Ensure the maintainability, scalability, and robustness of ML models through testing and optimization.

Monitor and troubleshoot production ML systems, ensuring reliability and performance at scale.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Machine Learning and AI.
ABOUT YOU
-
5 years of Experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
-
Strong hands-on experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.
-
Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines.
-
Good understanding of data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
-
Experience working with large datasets and production environments.
-
Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to collaborate effectively with Data Scientists, Engineers, and business stakeholders.
-
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of technical tasks.

Good understanding of current Machine Learning and AI technologies.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
