As a Manager at Amaris Consulting, you will navigate three core dimensions:
Business Development & Client Relations
- Identify new prospects through market analysis, networking and proactive business development.
- Engage with potential clients, organize meetings to showcase our expertise, and drive new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and client satisfaction.
Recruitment & Team Leadership
- Attract and recruit top talent with the right expertise and skill set to support business growth.
- Mentor, coach and support your team to help them grow and succeed.
- Ensure project success while maintaining strong consultant engagement and satisfaction.
Financial & Performance Management
- Take ownership of the overall performance and development of your Business Unit.
- Analyze financial and operational performance and implement strategies to optimize results.
- Lead day-to-day operations and create a dynamic, collaborative and high-performing environment for your team.
By joining our offices, you will be integrated into our team and supported through continuous coaching, mentoring and collaboration.
Your Profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management or a related field.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Recruitment/Headhunting, or a related client-facing and commercially driven role.
- You have a strong interest in business development, people management and entrepreneurship.
- You thrive in a demanding environment where excellence, ownership and continuous learning are key.
- You are structured and organized, with a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset.
- You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural and international environment

Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
