Join Amaris Consulting as an Agentic AI Specialist within our Information System & Digital scope. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, administration, governance, and adoption of AI agents in a Microsoft 365 ecosystem, contributing to secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise AI services.
Your missions
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Administer Microsoft Agent 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform environments, Dataverse, connectors, and gateways.
- Define governance standards for agent naming, documentation, testing, publishing, monitoring, review, and retirement.
- Manage agent configuration, permissions, publishing, lifecycle, monitoring, reporting, and catalogue maintenance.
- Integrate AI agents with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, APIs, Azure services, and enterprise applications.
- Provide second- and third-line support for Copilot and AI-agent issues, including incidents, access issues, configuration errors, and performance concerns.
- Develop operational documentation, administration procedures, support runbooks, knowledge articles, FAQs, and administrator guides.
- Coordinate escalations with Microsoft and technology partners while recommending continuous improvements to platform operations and service delivery.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT solution design, development, administration, or support in complex enterprise environments.
- Around 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and related Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting AI agents, chatbots, automation solutions, or generative AI tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, Azure services, enterprise applications, and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of agentic AI, AI-agent architecture, orchestration, governance, lifecycle management, security, compliance, access control, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI solution deployment and lifecycle management using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, N8N, or similar orchestration frameworks is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology, software development, data science, or a related field.
- Microsoft certifications such as AI-102, MS-102, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, Microsoft 365 Copilot-related certifications, or ITIL Foundation certification are a plus.
- English fluent.
- Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, adaptability, and communication skills in multicultural and international environments.
