ABOUT THE JOB
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of web applications and core system modules, ensuring good performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, including RESTful APIs and microservices, following clean code and best practices
- Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React or Angular, ensuring a smooth user experience across devices and browsers
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks and solutions
- Participate in the integration of third-party services, such as payment gateways, logistics providers, marketplaces, and external APIs
- Estimate development tasks, contribute to sprint planning, and provide regular progress updates to the team
- Write clean, testable code and contribute to unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure product quality
- Take part in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance code quality and team practices
- Help identify opportunities for refactoring, optimization, and technical improvements within existing systems
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, working with both backend and frontend technologies
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js for backend development, including building APIs and working with common frameworks/libraries (e.g., Express, NestJS)
- Practical experience with modern front-end frameworks, preferably React or Angular, including component-based architecture and state management
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and basic understanding of data modeling and query optimization
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows (pull requests, code reviews, branching strategies)
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a strong plus
- Experience with front-end and backend testing practices (Unit, Integration, and E2E testing) is an advantage
- Basic experience with third-party integrations (payment, logistics, external APIs) or interest in learning these topics
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) — able to work effectively with international stakeholders
- You are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members
