ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end business projects from scoping and kick-off through final delivery.
- Develop and manage project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and project plans.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across Marketing, Media, Data, Technology, Finance, and Business teams, as well as external vendors and partners.
- Coordinate Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives, including project planning, data collection, quality checks, analysis delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
- Support the rollout of Marketing Analytics platforms, including implementation planning, user onboarding, training, adoption, and change management.
- Coordinate local business adaptations as part of SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance, meeting cadence, status tracking, and communication routines.
- Track project KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and overall project health, escalating concerns when required.
- Facilitate communication between business teams, transformation teams, technical teams, and external partners.
- Support training, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
- Prepare and communicate project status updates, key decisions, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify project challenges and dependencies proactively and coordinate with relevant teams to support timely resolution.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality, timeline, and business requirements.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, PMO, Data/Analytics Program Management, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of marketing, media measurement, analytics, and business processes; deep statistical or data science expertise is not required.
- Experience coordinating multiple internal stakeholders and external agencies, vendors, or consulting partners.
- Strong experience in project planning, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, risk tracking, and deliverable management.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
- Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience in change management, ERP transformation, or SAP S/4HANA projects is a plus.
- Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
