We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Cybersecurity to manage the APAC delivery of a global Cyber program across a portfolio of security projects. The role will coordinate global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with global cybersecurity priorities.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cybersecurity projects across APAC, covering framing, validation, execution, and transition to Run, in coordination with the Global PMO.
  • Relay global project updates, priorities, dependencies, and risks to relevant APAC stakeholders throughout each project phase.
  • Coordinate project resources and contributors, including regional and local IT and Security teams, to ensure timely and budget-aligned delivery.
  • Contribute to global project steering activities by consolidating regional updates, risks, and progress from local and regional stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular strategic updates to the APAC ITP Executive Committee and other APAC management committees.
  • Manage project resource and financial planning, including budgeting, hiring, and onboarding of project resources.
  • Partner with APAC ITP and local territory leads to identify KPI gaps, recommend enhancements, and track improvement initiatives.
  • Support wider department initiatives, including budget activities, tool rollouts, and other regional programs.
  • Identify project risks, gaps, and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to support management decisions.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • 8+ years of experience delivering security-focused projects within multinational organizations, such as banking, consulting, or technology environments.
  • Previous experience within the banking sector.
  • Proven experience managing complex programs involving multiple cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of cybersecurity activities and previous exposure to cyber or security-related projects.
  • Strong project management capabilities across project governance, risk management, resource planning, financial planning, and budgeting.
  • Ability to coordinate stakeholders across multiple domains with different priorities and interests.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and clearly articulate key issues and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication to technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • PMP certification or equivalent; CISSP, CISM, or CISA would be an advantage.
  • Experience using AI or machine-learning techniques in cybersecurity projects, such as reporting or analysis, would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment and manage tight deadlines.
