As an Applicative Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex IT integration projects, acting as a key partner between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Your missions
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects involving ERP, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise platforms
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams and systems
- Coordinate and align multiple vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, ensuring clear accountability and delivery standards
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors
- Drive integration strategy, planning, and execution, including data, interfaces, middleware, and downstream system dependencies
- Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates with clear, concise reporting
- Proactively identify risks, integration challenges, and cross-system impacts; define and implement mitigation plans
Your profile
- Experience in project management, including end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects
- Experience with project management frameworks, project portfolio management, and agile project management
- Experience with project monitoring, project planning, and project governance
- Experience with ERP, OMS, WMS, and enterprise platform integrations
- Experience with content management systems
- Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, systems analysis, or related field
- English fluent. Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote)
- Above-average organization and prioritization skills, high empathy, and adaptability to various business and technical audiences
- Expertise in working with multiple diverse technologies, managing global projects, and experience in preparation of Request For Proposal (RFP)
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) is a plus
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
