Job description

We are seeking an  IT Supply Chain Project Manager to lead medium to high complexity Digital and IT projects and programs within the Supply Chain function, from initial business case through to successful project close. This role will operate out of the Head Office (North York) and/or the National Distribution Center (Brampton), applying strong project management discipline to ensure projects are properly scoped, planned, resourced, and delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to removing roadblocks, mitigating risks, and driving projects to successful completion — even in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.


Location: North York, Ontario
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days on-site per week

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply project management tools, frameworks, and best practices to ensure robust business case scoping and project planning
  • Lead the on-time launch and flawless execution of medium to high complexity Digital and IT projects and programs within Supply Chain
  • Develop and maintain quality project plans, ensuring initiatives are correctly resourced and costed
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined Success Criteria
  • Proactively identify and remove roadblocks, mitigate risks, and manage issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Provide strong stakeholder management and clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization
  • Guide project teams through ambiguity and uncertainty, establishing structure and direction where no established playbook exists
  • Apply Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies as appropriate to project needs

 

Required Profile

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • 4 to 6 years of experience as IT Project Manager in technology implementations in the Supply Chain area
  • Proven experience delivering projects involving enterprise platforms such as SAP and/or OMP within Supply Chain (minimum 2–3 full project life cycles)
  • Demonstrated ability to fluidly apply Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience with digital technology initiatives in Supply Chain, such as Data, Analytics, or Machine Learning model implementations
  • Background in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or Manufacturing industries

  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

 

Expected Compensation Range:
70K. The final compensation offered will be determined based on the candidate’s level of experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements. 

Canadian Experience Requirement:
No Canadian work experience is required for this position. Candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of previous Canadian experience.
