Job description

We are looking for a SAP Warehouse Management Consultant to support the evolution and continuous improvement of Supply Chain and Warehousing capabilities through SAP solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to enhance warehouse operations, support ongoing initiatives, and contribute to the implementation of new functionalities across Material Handling, Warehouse Management, and Physical Logistics processes.

Location & Work Mode

  • Location: North York, Ontario, Canada
  • Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site per week)
  • Experience Level: Mid-Level (4–6 years)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the IT roadmap for Supply Chain Warehousing by contributing to incremental improvements and SAP solution deployments.
  • Provide functional support for SAP Warehouse Management, Material Management, and Physical Logistics, including issue resolution, incident management, and user inquiries.
  • Analyze existing tools, business processes, and system functionalities to identify gaps and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Assist in designing business scenarios and use cases for new product capabilities, ensuring effective adoption and change management.
  • Gather business requirements and collaborate with Supply Chain and IT stakeholders to define and validate Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
  • Translate business needs, challenges, and opportunities into functional IT requirements and documentation.
  • Partner with Functional Relationship Managers (FRMs), Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to support product roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
  • Participate in Agile delivery activities and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global and virtual teams to ensure successful delivery of Supply Chain solutions.

Required Profile

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) and/or SAP Material Management (MM).
  • Experience participating in full lifecycle SAP warehouse solution implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different organizational levels.
  • Experience working collaboratively with both business and IT teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • SAP Certification.
  • Business experience within Supply Chain or Warehousing operations.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Design Thinking principles.
  • Experience working in global organizations and collaborating with virtual, cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Expected Compensation Range:

60k-70k (negotiable). The final compensation offered will be determined based on the candidate’s level of experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements. 

Canadian Experience Requirement:
No Canadian work experience is required for this position. Candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of previous Canadian experience.
