Your Role
As a UiPath Agentic Automation Expert, you will be the go-to specialist on one of the most cutting-edge automation platforms available today. You will bring deep, hands-on expertise in UiPath's Agentic Automation ecosystem — including Maestro, Agent Builder, and IXP — and help our teams push the boundaries of intelligent automation.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a specialist who has been working on the frontier of AI-powered automation since the platform's launch.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic automation workflows using UiPath's latest platform capabilities
- Orchestrate autonomous agents through UiPath Maestro, ensuring robust and scalable execution
- Build and configure AI agents using UiPath Agent Builder and agentic workflow frameworks
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) within the IXP (Intelligent Experience Platform)
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into agentic solutions
- Support knowledge transfer and best practices adoption within the team
- Contribute to the evolution of the automation strategy by leveraging the most recent UiPath innovations
Your Profile
- Proven hands-on experience with UiPath Agentic Automation – this is a strict requirement
- UiPath Maestro orchestrator
- UiPath Agent Builder / agentic workflow development
- IXP (Intelligent Experience Platform), including LLM integrations
- Experience acquired after April 2025 (when the Agentic platform launched) is essential
- Strong background in RPA and automation, with the ability to evolve towards AI-native approaches
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
- Fluent in English (C1 or above)
- Autonomous, hands-on, and passionate about emerging automation technologies
- Based anywhere in Spain (remote-first setup)
