Your missions
• Configure and support production software applications
• Write and optimize basic SQL queries
• Debug and resolve software issues
• Research, analyze, and recommend improvements for organizational use of software applications
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Recommend, configure, and administer software configuration/development changes
• Perform routine operational activities (e.g., produce reports, statistics files, etc.)
• Collaborate with software vendors to resolve application issues, both short-term and long-term (root cause analysis)
• Resolve application errors and issues through periodic testing, help desk tickets, and other methods
• Create documentation related to software operations and support
Your profile
• Knowledge of application architectures (web, client-server, mobile) and application monitoring techniques
• Knowledge of operating systems troubleshooting, with focus on Windows OS and Linux Debian
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, especially VSphere VMWare
• Knowledge of infrastructure operations and environment management
• Knowledge of debugging and problem-solving in software environments
• Academic background: technical diploma or equivalent
• Italian native or fluent. English good.
• Availability to travel
• You demonstrate strong motivation, proactivity, teamwork, and ability to work independently
• You demonstrate strong time management skills and consistently meet deadlines
• You demonstrate openness and a strong desire to improve solutions, systems, and processes, and enforce procedures

• Onsite position, no remote work option, work organized in shifts
• Gross Annual Salary (GAS): EUR 24.000- EUR 36.000 ; basic salary only, the variable component will be detailed in the offer
