We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Delivery Lead to join a leading automotive engineering organization in Gothenburg. This role offers the opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, ensuring that technical scope, quality, and timing objectives are successfully achieved.
As the Engineering Project Delivery Lead, you will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, collaborate closely with project and engineering management, and drive project execution from planning through delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring engineering maturity, maintaining technical documentation, managing project risks, and supporting milestone and gate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering project deliveries within the assigned scope.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines, technical scope, and quality objectives.
- Coordinate and drive collaboration across cross-functional engineering teams and internal stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously update the technical logical project plan.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports, forecasts, and risk assessments to Delivery Project Managers (DPM) and Engineering Managers (EM).
- Cascade project priorities, requirements, and technical information clearly to the engineering team.
- Ensure engineering content reaches the required maturity before project milestones and gate reviews.
- Secure the quality and completeness of hardware and software documentation.
- Drive problem resolution by initiating, coordinating, and following up on corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate project information and ensure all relevant engineering systems are updated.
- Promote structured project execution while ensuring compliance with engineering processes, methods, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in engineering project delivery, technical project management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience managing engineering projects with responsibility for delivery time, technical scope, and quality.
- Strong project management skills within complex engineering environments.
- Experience managing software releases and engineering deliverables.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical project plans and delivery roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of software and engineering documentation processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering organizations.
- Strong knowledge of project forecasting, risk management, and milestone planning.
- Experience supporting engineering quality assurance activities.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Salary Range: From 48 000 SEK - 50 000 SEK /month
The stated salary falls within the established salary range for the position and is determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility, in accordance with our policy of fair and non-discriminatory compensation.
