Your missions
- Manage and follow up on all Quality-related topics within the Island Package of a major offshore energy infrastructure project.
- Act as the main point of contact for Quality Assurance matters within the Package scope, both internally and with the EPC Contractor.
- Implement and monitor the Project Quality Management System and Quality performance, in line with project requirements.
- Review and challenge Quality documentation from the EPC Contractor and subcontractors.
- Participate actively in internal and external audits (including those of EPC Contractors and subcontractors).
- Support Quality Control activities during the delivery phase, including follow-up on non-conformities and Quality risks.
- Encourage the project team to adhere to the processes and procedures of the Project Quality Management Plan.
- Report directly to the Interface & Quality Manager.
- Coordinate with teams in Brussels and Oostende, with occasional travel to the Netherlands and offshore locations.
Your profile
- Experience in Quality management (minimum 5 years).
- Technical background in civil engineering.
- Experience in major offshore, EPCI, maritime, or photovoltaic projects.
- Technical bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent by experience.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Management, and Quality Standards.
- Strong computer and data management skills.
- Project organization and document management skills.
- You demonstrate strong communication skills.
- You demonstrate a critical and analytical mindset.
- You demonstrate a structured, proactive, and precise approach to work.
- You demonstrate the ability to motivate and engage teams regarding Quality topics.
- English fluent. Dutch is a plus.
