We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Business Analyst / Solution Designer om ons team in Brussel te versterken met een contract van onbepaalde duur (CDI). Je werkt over verschillende bedrijfsdomeinen heen en helpt stakeholders om complexe uitdagingen om te zetten in eenvoudige, efficiënte en waardevolle IT-oplossingen. 🔥 Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Leiden van business- en functionele analyses, van behoefteanalyse tot oplossingsvoorstel.
- Business requirements kritisch uitdagen en opportuniteiten identificeren om processen te vereenvoudigen.
- Pragmatische, schaalbare en kostenefficiënte oplossingen ontwerpen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van de business.
- Optreden als brug tussen business stakeholders en IT-teams.
- Besluitvorming ondersteunen met duidelijke aanbevelingen en impactanalyses.
- Oplossingen stimuleren die snel bedrijfswaarde opleveren en tegelijk duurzaam zijn op lange termijn.
🎯 Jouw profiel:
- 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als Functional Analyst, Business Analyst of Solution Designer.
- Ervaring binnen meerdere bedrijfsdomeinen en complexe IT-omgevingen.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om businessbehoeften te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen.
- Goede kennis van systeemintegratie en IT-architectuurprincipes.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring in stakeholdermanagement.
- Een pragmatische, resultaatgerichte en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
- Vloeiend in het Frans en Nederlands, met een goede beheersing van het Engels.
