Job description
We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help build a multi-tenant customer communication platform featuring AI-powered chatbots, real-time messaging, campaign management, and integrations with channels such as WhatsApp and Telegram.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain REST APIs using Fastify
- Develop dashboard features with Next.js (App Router)
- Manage PostgreSQL schemas and database migrations
- Implement background jobs and workflows using BullMQ
- Develop third-party integrations (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
- Participate in code reviews and testing
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills
- Experience with Next.js and React
- PostgreSQL and ORM experience (Drizzle, Prisma, or similar)
- Good understanding of Redis and queue/worker architectures
- Experience designing and building REST APIs
- Knowledge of JWT-based authentication and multi-tenant architectures
- Experience with Socket.io or similar real-time technologies
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, and monorepo workflows (pnpm/Turborepo)

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
