π Senior Business Analyst (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, focused on developing adapters and business logic between SARP and PSS systems within the aviation domain.
π What You'll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Support the design, implementation, and testing of integrations between SARP and PSS systems
- Work with Web Services, SOAP, JSON, and APIs to define and validate data flows between systems
- Write and run SQL queries to investigate data, support analysis, and validate system behavior
- Use Postman to test and troubleshoot API integrations, and document findings for technical teams
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation in Confluence and manage tasks and tickets in Jira
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered correctly
- Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, communicating complex concepts in accessible terms
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate that delivered features meet business needs
- Identify process improvements and contribute ideas to make integrations and workflows more efficient
- Stay informed on aviation industry standards (such as EDIFACT and Troya) and emerging AI tools relevant to the role
π§ Requirements
- Experience in Business Analysis and requirement gathering
- Preferably experience in the aviation industry
- Knowledge of Web Services, SOAP, JSON, APIs, SQL, and databases
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Postman
- Exposure to AI, EDIFACT, and Troya is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- English proficiency is required
- 8+ years of experience is required
