ABOUT THE JOB
- Perform data quality validation and verification across multiple data sources and platforms.
- Develop and execute data validation rules, reconciliation checks, and quality control processes.
- Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Validate data after ETL/ELT processes, data migration, or system integration activities.
- Write complex SQL queries to analyze, compare, and reconcile datasets.
- Monitor data quality metrics and prepare regular reports on data quality status.
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and business users to ensure data integrity.
- Support testing activities for data-related projects, including UAT and production validation.
- Continuously improve data quality processes and recommend automation where applicable.
- Document data quality procedures, validation rules, and issue resolutions.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Data Quality, Data Validation, ETL Testing, Data Analysis, Database Testing, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions.
- Good understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data lifecycle.
- Experience validating large datasets and performing data reconciliation.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and dimensional data models.
- Experience performing root cause analysis for data quality issues.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
