Sobre el puesto
En Amaris Consulting buscamos un/a Senior MLOps Engineer para incorporarse a uno de nuestros proyectos clave y ayudar a industrializar, escalar y operar soluciones de Machine Learning en un entorno cloud-native. Trabajarás junto a equipos de Data Science, Data Engineering y DevOps para diseñar plataformas y pipelines de ML robustos, seguros y automatizados.
Responsabilidades principales
- Diseñar, implementar y mantener soluciones de MLOps que cubran todo el ciclo de vida del ML: entrenamiento, validación, despliegue y monitorización de modelos.
- Construir y gestionar infraestructura en AWS, garantizando escalabilidad, fiabilidad, automatización y seguridad.
- Definir e implementar Infraestructura como Código utilizando Terraform para despliegues repetibles y auditables.
- Desplegar y operar clústeres de Kubernetes y gestionar aplicaciones de ML contenedorizadas en entornos productivos.
- Implementar y mantener flujos de trabajo y orquestación de ML con herramientas como MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX y Apache Airflow.
- Configurar y mejorar pipelines de CI/CD para modelos de ML y data pipelines, incluyendo testing, versionado y despliegue automatizado.
- Implementar monitorización, logging y alertas para servicios de ML e infraestructura, asegurando rendimiento, fiabilidad y optimización de costes.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares, aportando buenas prácticas y guía en MLOps y arquitecturas cloud-native.
Requisitos
Experiencia
- 3–5 años de experiencia en el diseño e implementación de soluciones de MLOps en entornos productivos.
- Experiencia sólida con AWS (implementación y gestión de infraestructura, automatización y seguridad).
- Experiencia demostrable con Terraform para Infraestructura como Código.
- Experiencia práctica con Kubernetes (despliegue, gestión de clústeres y automatización de aplicaciones contenedorizadas).
- Conocimiento y uso de frameworks y herramientas de MLOps: MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX, Apache Airflow u otras similares.
- Buen dominio de al menos un lenguaje de programación (preferiblemente Python), gestión de versiones (Git) y CI/CD.
- Experiencia en monitorización y observabilidad (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch u otras).
- Fuertes habilidades de trabajo en equipo, resolución de problemas y comunicación efectiva.
Idiomas
- Español nivel alto
- Inglés: nivel B2
Nice to have
- Experiencia con otros proveedores cloud (GCP, Azure).
- Conocimiento de herramientas de data engineering y modern data stack.
- Experiencia trabajando en entornos ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
Modalidad de trabajo
- Modelo híbrido: teletrabajo con posibilidad de acudir a la oficina de Palau solità i plegamans (bus directo).
