Join our team in Geneva as a Business Analyst - Temenos Triple'A Expert, where you will leverage your expertise in Temenos Triple’A and wealth management to drive impactful projects within a dynamic and multicultural environment. You will play a pivotal role in aligning business needs with technology solutions, ensuring the success of complex initiatives in the private banking sector.
π§ Your Mission
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks or opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business goals
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to budgetary controls
- Enhance financial processes by identifying and implementing efficiency improvements
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations
- Partner with regional teams to consolidate global financial data and ensure consistency
β What You Bring
- Degree in Finance or a related field
- Previous experience between 1-2 years in a similar position (corporate finance, controlling, financial analysis)
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills, with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and inter-relational skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Mastery of generative AI tools for improving day-to-day productivity is an asset
