Job description

As a Jenkins & Bitbucket Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing development and delivery toolchains. Acting as the bridge between technical teams and platform administration, you will ensure that Jenkins and Bitbucket environments are configured, maintained, and continuously improved to meet operational and development needs.
 
Your Responsibilities
  • Administer, maintain, and configure Jenkins and Bitbucket environments.
  • Design, configure, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from development, DevOps, QA, and project teams.
  • Translate operational and technical requirements into efficient tool configurations and workflows.
  • Manage repositories, branching strategies, user permissions, and access rights.
  • Support automation initiatives and integrations between development tools.
  • Configure dashboards, notifications, monitoring, and reporting solutions.
  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues and provide support to end users.
  • Ensure reliability, security, consistency, and performance of the toolchain.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, QA, and project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in Jenkins and Bitbucket administration.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Jenkins configuration, administration, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid experience managing Bitbucket repositories and Git-based development workflows.
  • Experience with:
    • User management and permissions
    • Repository administration
    • Branching and merging strategies
    • Pipeline configuration and maintenance
    • Tool integrations and automation
  • Strong understanding of software delivery and development processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience in DevOps, software engineering, or application delivery environments.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Git workflows and version control best practices
    • CI/CD methodologies and best practices
    • Automation and scripting technologies
    • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience delivering user support, documentation, and training.
  • Familiarity with Jira and integrations across the Atlassian ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) concepts.
Languages
  • French: Native or professional proficiency (mandatory)
  • English: Fluent (mandatory)
