- Define reusable cloud adoption frameworks, implementation patterns, and modernization approaches across multiple countries.
- Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, platform engineering, and DevSecOps teams to align regional execution with enterprise standards.
- Partner with DevSecOps stakeholders to monitor DORA metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and delivery practices.

- Structure, coordinate, and drive cloud adoption workstreams across multiple APAC countries.
- Manage project planning, dependencies, governance, risk tracking, issue resolution, and execution follow-through.
- Ensure alignment between strategic transformation objectives and operational delivery across regional and country stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration across infrastructure, platform engineering, architecture, cloud, security, and DevSecOps teams.
Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication
- Prepare high-quality presentations, steering committee materials, governance updates, and executive reports for senior leadership.
- Support leadership teams in framing transformation initiatives, investment proposals, implementation roadmaps, and progress updates.
- Engage confidently with senior regional and global stakeholders in governance and decision-making forums.
