🎯 Your Mission & Impact
As a Scrum Master you will ensure successful delivery through agile best practices while managing project scope, budget, risks, and stakeholders.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master and IT Project Manager in agile digital environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Proven experience managing B2C digital ecosystems (mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, digital services).
- Solid background in IT project management, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluent Spanish (C1/native) and English (B2/C1), written and spoken; professional proficiency in French is highly valued.
- Experience in transportation and/or tourism is a strong plus.
- Proactive mindset, adaptability, rigor, autonomy, and strong sense of priorities.
🛠 What You’ll Do
As a Scrum Master
- Implement and promote Scrum best practices across the project.
- Lead all agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Define, measure, and track performance indicators (velocity, burndown charts, KPIs).
- Foster transparent communication within the team and across stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear, prioritized, and ready backlog.
- Promote Agile culture, continuous improvement, and team maturity.
- Identify impediments impacting performance and coordinate actions to remove blockers.
- Configure and optimize Azure DevOps (dashboards, Kanban boards, sprint tracking).
- Plan resource allocation (vacations, backups) and support team skill development.
