Job description
We are looking for an SAP Functional Specialist to join our team in Stockholm and support key Finance transformation initiatives within an international environment.
As an SAP Functional Specialist, you will focus on Finance & Controlling (Record to Report) processes, playing a critical role in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Finance solutions. You will act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring efficient, scalable, and compliant financial processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and propose effective SAP Finance solutions
- Configure SAP systems and/or write functional specifications (WRICEF) for new developments
- Support testing activities, including validation and issue resolution
- Maintain and optimize Record to Report processes in SAP
- Contribute to global rollouts, ensuring alignment with standard templates
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing
Functional Scope
- Finance & Controlling (Record to Report)
- Payments, Banking, and Bank Communication Management (BCM)
- Electronic Bank Statements and Cash Management
- Treasury processes in ECC and/or S/4HANA
Nice to have:
- SAP Treasury (Money Market, FX, yield curves, cash pooling & sweeps)
- FICA-Payments / FI-CA
- SWIFT integrations
Your Profile

Minimum 4-5 years of expertise in SAP Finance with a deep understanding of financial processes in large organizations
- Proven experience in SAP implementations and long-term support/optimization projects
- Hands-on experience with SAP transport and change management tools (e.g., STMS, Solution Manager, ActiveControl)
- Ability to explain complex finance and SAP topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies is a plus
- Fluent in English (mandatory)

Based already in Stockholm or open to relocate

Salary range: From 46,667 SEK to 56,667 SEK
The stated salary falls within the established salary range for the position and is determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility, in accordance with our policy of fair and non-discriminatory compensation.
