Job description

We are looking for an IT Solution Analyst (SAP) to join our team in Malmö and contribute to large-scale transformation projects within an international environment.
As an IT Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and validating SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices, architecture standards, and integration requirements. You will play a key role in BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) projects, owning solution design and ensuring the quality of partner deliverables
 
Your Responsibilities
  • Design and validate SAP solutions for approved business gaps
  • Ensure alignment with architecture standards and integration requirements
  • Own solution design within BOT projects and review/sign off partner deliverables
  • Support testing phases (design, execution review, and validation of results)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
  • Collaborate with Solution Leads, Architects, and business stakeholders
  • Contribute to defining and maintaining solution standards and guidelines
Data & Integration Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ETL workflows using SAP BODS
  • Extract data from SAP BW
  • Build scalable data pipelines into GCP / Big Query
  • Perform complex transformations, data quality checks, and reconciliation
  • Optimize performance and implement monitoring and error handling
  • Document solutions and support deployments across Dev, QA, and Prod environments
  • Work closely with BW, Analytics, and Cloud teams
Your Profile
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP environments
  • Experience in 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts
  • Strong understanding of technology landscape and enterprise solutions
  • Experience with SAP BODS, SAP BW, and GCP/BigQuery is a plus
  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Structured, delivery-focused, and business-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)

Salary range: From 46,667 SEK to 56,667 SEK
 
The stated salary falls within the established salary range for the position and is determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility, in accordance with our policy of fair and non-discriminatory compensation.
