Being a Senior Bid & Presales Manager at Amaris Consulting means playing a strategic role in the development of our French market. You will act as a key relay for France outside Telecom, supporting the sales teams in the structuring and sale of high-value projects and tailored solutions.

You will be responsible for three key dimensions: Tender Management, Pre-sales Support, and Sales Strategy & Business Animation.

Your missions

Tender Management

  • Lead and coordinate responses to complex calls for tenders and RFPs.
  • Build tailor-made commercial proposals in collaboration with delivery experts and sales teams.
  • Ensure consistency, quality and alignment of proposals with client expectations.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across sales, delivery and management teams.

Pre-sales Support

  • Support Business Managers in the sale of structured and commitment-based projects.
  • Coach commercial teams on complex deal structuring and sales pitches.
  • Participate in strategic client meetings to frame business needs and position relevant solutions.
  • Develop sales toolkits and value proposition materials.

Sales Strategy & Business Animation

  • Support account planning and quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive sales enablement initiatives for the French market.
  • Partner with Key Account Managers on premium accounts.
  • Contribute actively to the local commercial strategy and its deployment.

Your profile

We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong business mindset, attracted by strategic challenges and transversal environments:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in bid management, pre-sales, consulting or complex B2B services.
  • Strong experience in RFP management and structured project sales.
  • Excellent writing, synthesis and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
