Mission
We are looking for a Team Manager to lead and support a team while contributing to business development activities and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
This role combines people leadership, communication, and commercial mindset, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working close to both teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team, ensuring engagement, performance, and professional growth
- Act as a main point of contact between internal teams and clients
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Monitor team delivery and ensure alignment with project goals
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members when needed
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Track performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills
- Experience in team leadership
- Background in business development or client relationship management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in dynamic and collaborative environments

Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of professional experience
- Proven experience leading teams
- Experience interacting with clients and supporting account growth
- Portuguese: Native level
- English: Fluent level
- Availability to work on-site in Curitiba

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
