Take your career to the next level as an Business Development Specialist, playing a key role in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading high-performing teams in Rio de Janeiro.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent delivery and client satisfaction. You will act as a strategic partner for clients while also managing and mentoring a team, contributing to the sustainable growth of the business.
You will work closely with international teams across sales, delivery, and talent management to position the company as a trusted partner for companies seeking specialized expertise.
Your responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new clients
- Contribute to defining and executing the growth strategy in Brazil
- Support sales activities including prospecting, client meetings, and proposal building
Account Development & Client Management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
Team Management
- Lead, coach, and support a team of consultants and/or business developers
- Follow up on team performance, engagement, and career development
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Operational Excellence & Delivery
- Ensure successful project delivery in collaboration with internal teams
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and delivery teams
- Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
Profile required
- 3 to 4 years of experience in business development, account management, or consulting
- Experience managing client relationships and developing business within accounts
- Previous experience in team management or coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
- Spanish is a plus
- Availability to work fully on-site in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
