ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a skilled Senior Java Developer to design and build scalable, high-quality microservices and cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java development, exposure to GCP (Google Cloud Platform), and experience in the banking or financial services domain is preferred.

YOUR MISSIONS

  • Design, develop, and implement microservices for on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Write clean, efficient, modular, and test-driven code with strong reusability and maintainable configurations.
  • Manage application deployments and product lifecycle in the cloud, including housekeeping, automated monitoring, recovery, and configuration management.
  • Automate build, testing, and deployment pipelines to support a continuous delivery culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure enterprise applications.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java SE.
  • Good understanding of RESTful web services and API development.
  • Experience across multiple levels of testing, including unit, integration, and system testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to write efficient, maintainable code.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Good understanding of J2EE and experience building enterprise-scale applications.
  • Experience with Spring Framework, including IoC, multithreading, batch processing, and REST service integration.
  • Strong understanding of TDD and continuous integration principles.
  • Experience developing on GCP, using services such as BigQuery, Cloud Run, Apigee, and related cloud-native tools.
  • Understanding of JPA, Hibernate, and ORM frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience working in Linux-based deployment environments.
