Join our team as an HRIS Technical Consultant and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing integration solutions for our partners. You will contribute to seamless system connectivity, ensure data accuracy, and deliver high-quality technical solutions that support business needs.
Your Missions:
- Lead the design and development of integrations, ensuring efficient data flow and system compatibility.
- Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Provide support and guidance to partners, ensuring effective use and performance of integration solutions.
- Stay updated on system enhancements and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
- Manage integration deliverables, ensuring timely and successful project execution.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of coding and ERP tools, or proven experience (3+ years) working as a Technical Integrations Consultant or in a similar role.
- Understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and web services.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a dynamic personality.
- Proactive and responsive in communication with partners and team members.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
