Your missions

  • Facilitate the execution resource planning process
  • Own and administer KeyedIn, including dashboards, reporting, user support, and onboarding of new team members
  • Analyze resource planning reports and dashboards to identify workload peaks or resource shortages, and highlight opportunities for improvement to the management
  • Facilitate weekly cross-functional planning sessions to align upcoming workload and resource needs
  • Act as first-line support for questions related to planning tools and processes
  • Assist project managers with schedule reviews, updates, and improvements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support validation and approval steps for schedule reviews and handover moments
  • Provide expert guidance on maintaining schedules (mpp files) and ensuring consistency across projects
  • Perform critical path analyses and highlight risks or bottlenecks to project stakeholders
  • Work closely with Proposal Planning to improve baseline schedule templates based on execution feedback and lessons learned
  • Work with execution stakeholders to improve overall resource planning processes
  • Update work instructions and contribute to the creation of training materials for planning-related topics

Your profile

  • Academic background: relevant degree in engineering, business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in preparing, monitoring and supporting project planning within EPC environment
  • Knowledge of project management and planning methodologies
  • Basic understanding of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction work processes
  • Advanced proficiency with planning software Microsoft Project
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Good Power BI knowledge 
  • English fluent. Additional languages are a plus.
