Job description
As a Technical Application Consultant (System Analyst), you will play a key role in maintaining and improving local systems while supporting ERP-related initiatives. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing requirements, enhancing existing applications, and contributing to system integration and optimization projects.
Your missions

Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify improvement areas and business requirements

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Maintain and update local applications by modifying source code (Java, C#, Access)

Perform reverse engineering of legacy systems to ensure continuity and optimization

Monitor system performance, detect issues, and implement corrective actions

Support implementation of new systems, including data migration activities

Collaborate with global IT teams and developers to integrate new solutions and frameworks

Contribute to SAP-related projects by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements

Design and execute test cases, validate system changes, and ensure user satisfaction

Provide support to end users by resolving issues related to local applications

Produce and maintain documentation (functional design, test results, interfaces)

Develop reporting solutions and dashboards in collaboration with data teams
Your profile
-
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience (around 5 years) as a System Analyst or Programmer

Strong programming skills in Java, C#, and JavaScript

Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (Oracle SQL, Access DB)

Experience with MS Access and Excel Macros

Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently

Experience with data migration and system integration

Knowledge of SAP environment (ABAP is a plus)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams

Good communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders
