Job description

As a Technical Application Consultant (System Analyst), you will play a key role in maintaining and improving local systems while supporting ERP-related initiatives. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing requirements, enhancing existing applications, and contributing to system integration and optimization projects.


Your missions

  • Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify improvement areas and business requirements

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

  • Maintain and update local applications by modifying source code (Java, C#, Access)

  • Perform reverse engineering of legacy systems to ensure continuity and optimization

  • Monitor system performance, detect issues, and implement corrective actions

  • Support implementation of new systems, including data migration activities

  • Collaborate with global IT teams and developers to integrate new solutions and frameworks

  • Contribute to SAP-related projects by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements

  • Design and execute test cases, validate system changes, and ensure user satisfaction

  • Provide support to end users by resolving issues related to local applications

  • Produce and maintain documentation (functional design, test results, interfaces)

  • Develop reporting solutions and dashboards in collaboration with data teams


Your profile

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven experience (around 5 years) as a System Analyst or Programmer

  • Strong programming skills in Java, C#, and JavaScript

  • Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (Oracle SQL, Access DB)

  • Experience with MS Access and Excel Macros

  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently

  • Experience with data migration and system integration

  • Knowledge of SAP environment (ABAP is a plus)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams

  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders
