Job description

You will join our local onsite support team, dedicated to handling incidents and requests requiring an onsite presence, as well as providing remote support using advanced tools. The team specializes in deep troubleshooting and collaborates with various product teams to resolve complex issues. As an Technician, you will work across multiple technical domains, supporting both hardware and software to enhance business productivity for enterprise users.

Your Missions

  • Always work onsite to deliver direct support to enterprise users
  • Provide local hardware enterprise support
  • Provide local software enterprise support
  • Participate in digital development within the enterprise support area
  • Manage conference room setup and provide conference room support
  • Onboard new joiners and ensure seamless integration
  • Manage printer solutions and provide printer-related support
  • Collaborate on solutions with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)

Your Profile

  • Experience in Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android support
  • Proficiency with cloud services, Office 365, and Azure
  • Expertise in onsite hardware and software enterprise support, including AV equipment
  • Experience in digital development and conference room setup/support
  • Ability to manage printer solutions, server, print management, and device control center
  • Proven collaboration with OEMs and experience in onsite/remote support
  • Experience with ServiceNow Incident, Request, Change, and Problem management
  • Understanding of DevOps, IT operations, and security lifecycle
  • Expertise in Intune, end-user experience, and network services
  • Effective handling of high-priority requests and escalation of issues
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
  • Commitment to improving user satisfaction and service development
  • Proactive in knowledge base improvements and incident analysis
  • Capable of troubleshooting and servicing technical equipment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules
  • English fluent. Swedish is a plus.
