👉 Cosa farai?

• Gestire progetti internazionali complessi legati allo sviluppo, integrazione e validazione di sistemi industriali.

• Coordinare team cross-funzionali (engineering, qualità, supply chain, operations).

• Monitorare tempi, costi, milestone e rischi di progetto garantendo il rispetto degli obiettivi contrattuali.

• Interfacciarti con clienti e stakeholder internazionali, partecipando a meeting tecnici e di avanzamento.

• Supportare la fase di acquisizione di nuove commesse collaborando alla definizione tecnico-progettuale.

• Supervisionare le attività di omologazione e conformità normativa nei diversi Paesi.

• Gestire la documentazione contrattuale e il controllo delle variazioni di progetto.

• Assicurare una comunicazione efficace tra headquarter e team locali, anche in contesti multiculturali.

 

✍️ Cosa Richiediamo?

• Laurea Magistrale o Triennale in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Meccanica, Elettrica, Elettronica o affini).

• Esperienza di almeno 5 anni come Project Manager in contesti industriali complessi.

• Inglese fluente (livello C1/C2); la conoscenza di una seconda lingua è considerata un plus.

• Esperienza nella gestione di progetti internazionali e team multiculturali.

• Disponibilità a trasferte internazionali.

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
