You will contribute to the delivery of innovative CRM solutions for our clients, customizing, deploying, and optimizing Dynamics 365 environments to drive business value.

Your missions:

  • Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom UI components using TypeScript, C#, and FetchXML.
  • Deploy solutions across PRD, VAL, and TST environments; manage solution layers and data migration scripts.
  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Integrate Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure services, Dataverse, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
  • Execute full-cycle quality assurance including automated testing, regression coverage, performance validation, and release governance.
  • Deliver intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces through wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Build data layers and dashboards that empower end users with real-time insights via Power BI, Azure Data Lake, and CRM-integrated analytics.

 

Your profile:

  • We are actively recruiting medior (4-6 years) and senior (6+ years) profiles
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) with hands-on customization and extension.
  • Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure services, Dataverse, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
  • Experience in quality assurance: automated testing, regression coverage, performance validation, and release governance.
  • Experience in user experience design: wireframing, prototyping, usability testing.
  • Experience in building data layers and dashboards with Power BI, Azure Data Lake, and CRM-integrated analytics.
  • Experience in both medior and senior-level roles, with proven ability to handle increasing responsibility and complexity in Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach to learning and tackling challenges.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creativity and a passion for innovation.
  • English fluent.
