You will join our consulting team as Senior Project Manager HVAC, leading expertise projects in the electrical equipment sector, based in Brussels.
Your Missions
- Lead projects from pre-study phase to the end of contractual obligations, ensuring technical, contractual, and financial responsibility
- Prepare and organize project start-up, including determination of necessary material resources
- Build execution teams in collaboration with the Site Manager
- Coordinate between the design office and execution throughout the project phases (preparation, start-up, execution, delivery, closure)
- Ensure satisfaction and propose technical improvements where possible
- Develop and implement safety and hygiene plans with support from the Safety Officer, ensuring compliance on site
Your Profile
- Experience in managing projects in their entirety: technical, administrative, financial
- Minimum 7 years of successful experience in a similar role
- Autonomous and organized, with strong teamwork skills
- Electromechanical engineering degree or equivalent by experience
- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- French and Dutch fluent. English is a plus.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills
