You will join our consulting team as a BIM Coordinator, working on expertise projects in the electricity sector, based in Mons.
Your missions
- Set up and run B360 & ACC projects using advanced Navisworks Manage, BIM360 Issues, and BEP Authoring skills
- Audit 2D CAD drawings and 3D models for accuracy and compliance
- Produce and maintain live Navisworks NWF files with clash detection reports for 3D projects
- Create animated fly-through animations using Revit and Navisworks Manage
- Ensure BIMs are of optimum quality and appropriate Level of Development (LOD)
- Use dedicated compare tools to check model materials, Uniclass coding, and model changes
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external design teams, including planning and managing the collaboration process
- Participate in project meetings and presentations to present BIM progress and clash detection reports
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in BIM coordination (minimum 5 years)
- Experience with BIM360, ACC, Navisworks Manage, Revit, and AutoCAD
- In-depth understanding of BIM principles, standards, and best practices
- Understanding of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) and technical services
- Ability to coordinate MEP services within a 3D modelling environment
- Experience working in a data center design environment (advantageous)
- Proficiency in G Suite applications (advantageous)
- English and French fluent
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills
