Job description
Mission:
Drive the people-side of a large-scale IT integration programme centred on the roll-out of SAP S/4HANA and the phased replacement of legacy systems. You will own the change-management roadmap, ensure minimal operational disruption and embed new ways of working across all site functions.
Key responsibilities:
OCM & Advisory
• Map current vs. future business processes with stakeholders; identify gaps, risks and adoption blockers.
• Design and maintain the OCM roadmap aligned to project milestones and interdependencies.
• Run change-impact assessments, risk analyses and mitigation plans.
• Build and curate the stakeholder matrix; tailor engagement strategies for each audience.
• Chair change-management workshops, steering meetings and leadership briefings.
• Align initiatives with HR, Quality, Production, Maintenance and Engineering to safeguard culture and compliance.
Training & Hyper-care
• Translate training needs into actionable curricula; adapt material in French & English.
• Deliver or coordinate end-user training and hyper-care support; measure effectiveness and iterate.
• Coach people-managers to reinforce adoption and feedback loops.
Communication Management
• Own the communication plan, content calendar and multi-channel execution.
• Produce clear, audience-specific collateral (presentations, FAQs, newsletters, videos).
• Collect and act on feedback to refine messaging and strengthen site culture.
Programme Support
• Work hand-in-hand with the Site Integration PM and cross-functional project teams to keep all tracks synchronised.
• Provide OCM input to project charters, schedules and resource plans.
• Supervise the OCM Support Officer and ensure consistent support across all workstreams.
Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communication, Business, HR, Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years’ proven experience leading change in complex, operational environments; pharma / life-science or regulated manufacturing a plus.
• Solid exposure to ERP programmes (SAP S/4HANA preferred) and IT infrastructure roll-outs.
• Strong project-management discipline; certification (Prosci, PMP, Agile PM) desirable.
• Exceptional analytical, organisational and storytelling skills; comfortable translating technical detail into business language for senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in French & English (written & spoken); Dutch is an asset.
• Positive, resilient and collaborative; able to build trust rapidly across cultures and functions.
