ABOUT THE JOB
- Carry out sampling and biological testing of raw materials, in-process materials, finished or intermediate products, and utilities (e.g. water systems and compressed gases) in accordance with GMP standards.
- Support manufacturing process validation activities through appropriate biological testing.
- Perform routine environmental monitoring within classified production areas.
- Provide laboratory support for new product introduction and transfer activities.
- Participate in laboratory investigations, contributing to root cause analysis and timely closure of deviations and CAPAs.
- Execute routine equipment upkeep, including maintenance and calibration activities.
- Support method transfer, verification, and validation processes as required.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and updating of quality documentation.
- Escalate any observed issues or non-conformities to the QC Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Apply 5S/6S principles to ensure proper inventory control, laboratory housekeeping, and continuous improvement.
- Comply with all safety, security, and environmental requirements, including proper waste handling and disposal.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in biological or microbiological testing within a laboratory environment.
- Understanding of GMP requirements and quality compliance.
- Experience with laboratory equipment operation, maintenance, and calibration.
- Experience with laboratory documentation systems and standard digital tools.
- Academic background in life sciences or a related scientific discipline.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail and a quality mindset.
- You demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills.
- You demonstrate clear and effective communication skills.
- You demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
