ABOUT THE JOB
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Data and AI solutions in production environments
- Lead the development and integration of AI and Generative AI models into backend systems
- Define system architectures, APIs, and deployment strategies using containerized environments
- Implement Docker- and Kubernetes-based solutions for scalable and reliable deployments
- Ensure security-by-design principles across data pipelines, APIs, and AI services
- Collaborate with product, data, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Review code, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and promote engineering best practices
- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of AI-enabled services
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and technical processes
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or Data Engineering (with AI exp)
- Strong proficiency in:
- Python (FastAPI and/or Flask)
- Bash and Git
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with AI and Generative AI models and related frameworks
- Solid backend engineering fundamentals, including API design, HTTP, and system integration
- Good understanding of frontend technologies such as React or similar frameworks is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration abilities

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
