Job description
We are looking for an experienced React Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for defining frontend architecture, setting best practices, and mentoring development teams while working closely with product and backend stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Design and own the frontend architecture of complex web applications

Lead React application development using TypeScript

Define coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines

Review code and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers

Drive performance optimization, security, and accessibility initiatives

Mentor and guide frontend developers and technical leads

Evaluate and introduce new technologies when appropriate
Requirements
-
Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience

Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript

Proven experience designing large-scale frontend architectures

Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.)

Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.)

Knowledge of performance optimization and best practices

Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
-
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools

Strong communication and leadership skills
