Your Missions:
- Implement the roadmap for our B2B e-commerce services in collaboration with commerce, digital, marketing, and operations teams.
- Create and execute strategies to prospect, recruit, and retain new B2B customers, expanding market reach and driving customer satisfaction.
- Provide clear, actionable briefs to relevant teams and perform regular reporting on the performance and results of B2B e-commerce services.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across teams to achieve business objectives.
- Proactively engage in prospecting calls with potential B2B customers to identify their needs and demonstrate how our services can effectively address their challenges.
- Analyze service performance and identify trends, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Lead a team, providing guidance and ensuring operational efficiency.
Your Profile:
- Experience in a commercial role: minimum 7-10 years.
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B is an advantage.
- Academic background: Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent French and Dutch. English is mandatory.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude towards execution and problem-solving.
- Proven project management and stakeholder management expertise.
- Strong persuasion, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer-centric mindset and commercial acumen.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.
- Ability to work autonomously.

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
