Spanish, English and French are required as part of this role.
βοΈ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- 7–10 years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer in digital environments, preferably in e-commerce, B2C platforms, or the mobility/transportation sector.
- Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps for test management, planning, and defect tracking.
- Experience with API testing using Postman and test automation tools such as Katalon.
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience in test planning, coverage matrices, test case design, and qualification reporting.
- Familiarity with test data management, environment setup, and JIRA for issue tracking and production support.
- Proven experience in manual and automated testing, including regression, integration, and system-level testing.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish, English & French (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Autonomous, solution-oriented, methodical, and team-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
π WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Contribute to end-to-end testing activities across complex, multi-application projects in an agile environment.
- Collaborate closely with development, business, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with commercial strategy.
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and coverage matrices based on user stories and requirements.
- Perform manual and API-based testing using Postman, and support the enhancement of automated test frameworks using Katalon.
- Use Azure DevOps for test tracking, defect logging, and reporting test results.
- Provide Level 1 application support and assist in reproducing and diagnosing production issues reported via JIRA.
- Ensure product quality through defect tracking, root cause analysis, and qualification reports.
- Promote continuous improvement in testing practices and contribute to non-regression test coverage.
- Manage test data and environments to ensure reliable and repeatable testing cycles.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile rituals.
