Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced Trade Compliance Analyst to support a strategic EMEA Trade Compliance Operations program within a complex international environment. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of trade compliance and supply chain, ensuring smooth customs operations while contributing to long-term compliance improvements and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Trade Compliance Analyst, your role may include:

  • Supporting daily customs clearance operations and coordinating closely with customs brokers across EMEA

  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of import/export documentation in line with EU trade regulations

  • Monitoring inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and customs compliance

  • Reviewing orders, purchase orders, and bills of lading to enable timely release of goods

  • Identifying shipment consolidation opportunities and supporting transportation efficiency

  • Supporting trade compliance audits, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding shipment and customs-related inquiries

  • Contributing to cross-functional projects at the interface of compliance and supply chain operations

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade compliance, customs clearance, and broker coordination

  • Strong knowledge of EMEA import/export regulations and customs processes

  • Proven experience managing large documentation flows in regulated environments

  • Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics operations

  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data and reports

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured working style

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
