ABOUT THE JOB
- Operate, maintain, and support Windows and Linux server environments
- Perform server and OS maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Operate and support Kubernetes / OpenShift clusters
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
- Configure and maintain system monitoring and alerting
- Administer virtual machines (VMs) and cluster environments
- Support infrastructure operations related to storage and network fundamentals, in coordination with internal teams
- Participate in incident handling, root cause analysis, and system improvements
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and follow operational standards
- For senior level: take ownership of complex issues, optimize systems, and mentor junior members
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- From 1–5 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and/or Linux servers.
- Experience operating Kubernetes or OpenShift environments.
- Understanding of system monitoring and alerting tools.
- Experience with VM and cluster administration.
- Basic to solid knowledge of storage and networking fundamentals.
- Ability to work independently with increasing ownership based on experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication and collaboration skills.
