Job description
We are seeking an E&E Industrialization Leader to support the industrialization, testing, and validation of Electrical & Electronic systems during vehicle development and production phases. This role focuses on test execution, issue resolution, and assembly line support to ensure system operability and quality.
Key Responsibilities

Define test plans in collaboration with Engineering Specialists and Project Chiefs

Execute tests according to standards on test benches and vehicles

Perform fault diagnosis and develop solutions

Collect vehicle network data and logs for issue analysis

Manage and follow up on issues on the assembly line

Ensure operability and keep all test vehicles up to date

Provide on-vehicle component reflash support when required
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (or Technical High School)

Knowledge of automotive communication networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, CAN_FD)

Experience with CANalyzer, CANoe, CANdela Studio

Understanding of vehicle diagnostics (DTCs, routines, etc.)

CAPL scripting for test automation and troubleshooting

Familiarity with Automotive Electrical and Electronics systems and validation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
